What will I learn?
Learn skills like mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance from DBT experts and some of the cutest, sweetest, most gentle (and, yes, sometimes a bit stubborn) creatures around!
What will I do?
Imagine, if you can entice a new behavior out of a 1000 pound animal, you can use those same powers of persuasion on anyone, including yourself!
Learn to create a sense of peacefulness and mindfulness from nature’s experts
Practice regulating your emotional states in powerful and life-changing ways
Get out of your house!!!
